All our products are prepared with the utmost care and we feel that attention to detail is most important. How much notice is required?

The official answer to that question is that a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all orders BUT we do aim to please so, if you’re in a pickle just give us a call and we will try our best to accommodate you!

What are the minimum order quantities?

Minimum order of one dozen applies to cupcakes, muffins, pies and brownies – and at least 6 of the same variant per order.What are the minimum order quantities?

How does payment work?

For all regular orders, we work on a POC (payment on collection) basis. For orders over R500, a 50% deposit will be required. This deposit can be made via EFT and payment confirmation can be emailed to colette@berthaspantry.co.za We request that the balance be paid upon collection of the order.

How will I get my order?

We are based in the Southern Suburbs and work on a collection basis.
